The Center for Educational Development and Research (CEDaR) is a service-oriented facility whose mission is to support the research and scholarly productivity of faculty and graduate students in the Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education (JRCoE). CEDaR is a dynamic part of JRCoE and adapts to the continuously changing nature of research needs for the college’s faculty and graduate students.

Dr. Diane M. Horm is the George Kaiser Family Foundation Endowed Chair of Early Childhood Education and Founding Director of the Early Childhood Education Institute (ECEI) at the University of Oklahoma at Tulsa. This is her 5th year at OU. Prior to her 2006 OU appointment, she held faculty and administrative positions at the University of Rhode Island including Associate Dean of the College of Human Sciences, Professor of Human Development and Family Studies, and Director of the URI Child Development Centers. Tim Laubach

Dr. Timothy A. Laubach is an Assistant Professor of Education. He has been at OU, in his current position, for three semesters. He has taught four years of secondary school science and eleven years at OU as a teaching assistant and adjunct in science education. His current research interests include student and teacher issues in STEM education. Other interests include university-school partnerships and systemic curriculum reform in science education.

Doo Hun Lim

Dr. Doo Hun Lim is the Associate Professor of the Education Leadership & Policy Studies. He has been at OU for 2 and half years after teaching at the Human Resource Development Program at the University of Tennessee for the last 8 years. His research focuses on technology application for organizational and performance improvement, online and blended approach of learning, performance improvement systems, and cross-cultural studies on organizational variables such as work ethics, motivation, and work-life balance.
