Job Description:

As Director of Pre-Award, Jennie is responsible for overseeing the varied functions of the pre-award area. Other duties include:

  • Supervising the Research Information Services, Proposal Services, and Award Administration teams and Staff Assistants
  • Working with the Office of Export Control to screen all new external sponsors
  • Issuing and executing subaward agreements from OU to subawardees
