Job Description:

Susan Dubbs is located in the Center for Research Program Development and Enrichment and provides professional administrative support for both the Norman and Tulsa Campuses. She reports to the Director of CRPDE. She coordinates the Research Liaison program. Additional duties include:

  • Manages the Center’s daily operations and provides professional administrative support
  • Manages all Human Resource aspects of the Center (payroll, employment, etc.)
  • Manages calendars, scheduling and travel arrangements
  • Plans and coordinates workshops, special events, and group meetings
  • Serves as principal point-of-contact for the Center

  • Assists with budget administration
  • Manages departmental funds and works with Purchasing, Financial Services, Fleet Services, etc.
  • Creates and presents financial reports for the Center
  • Works on special projects as designated by Director
